I am Christian work-from-home mom to seven wonderful children, one of whom has a serious mental illness, and grandmother to an amazing grandson. My youngest two children are homeschooling. I have been married and divorced more than once. I have a blended family in the sense that, while all these kids are mine biologically, they have different fathers. I know what it’s like to struggle with your faith, to make bad choices, to run from God, and to look at Christian blogs and think that you will never fit that perfect cookie-cutter mold of Christian Mom or Pastor’s Wife.
Sometimes it feels like you are all alone in the world, but I’m here to tell you that you are NOT alone! I’m here to tell you that God really does give beauty for ashes. He really does make all things new. No matter what kind of mess you have in your life, what kind of mess you have in your past, God can make you beautiful and give you a beautiful life!
